What is the CyberGuard Sensor?
A small hardware unit we ship to your office so we can run authorized monthly assessments without installing software on every PC. The $249 is a refundable deposit — not an extra service fee. When you cancel and return the sensor, we refund it.
Don’t want a sensor? Free local visits and one-time remote scans do not use a sensor and do not charge this deposit.

No. Free local report is yours to keep. Monthly plans (Essential™, Guardian™, Diamond™) are optional if you want ongoing portal protection.

The sensor is small hardware for authorized monthly assessments — not software on every PC. When you cancel and return it, the deposit is refunded. Free local visits and one-time remote scans do not need a sensor. Remote scans use Stripe; free local booking uses our request form.
Current shop inventory is intentionally focused: backup drives, FIDO2 security keys, USB privacy blockers, privacy/detection gear, security USBs, seal stickers, remote scans, monthly protection plans, and email or SMS phishing drills ($10/employee). Routers, employee kits, and network test kits are paused for now and will return as we grow. Browse at the shop — most hardware ships nationwide with no account required.
