# Trans Diamond (TDIA)
## Utility Token Whitepaper

**Version 1.2 · July 2026**
**Issuer / ecosystem:** Diamond Bright CyberGuard
**Network:** Base (Ethereum L2) · Chain ID 8453
**Standard:** ERC-20

---

### Abstract

**Trans Diamond (TDIA)** is a fixed-supply, non-custodial ERC-20 token on **Base**. It is not a bank account, not equity in Diamond Bright CyberGuard, and not a promise of profit.

**The token is a mechanism.** The real asset is the **CyberGuard ecosystem**: customers, cybersecurity services, trust scores, rewards, education, merchants, partner businesses, and reputation. TDIA is the **connective tissue** that ties those pieces together.

**Live today**

1. **Peer-to-peer value transfer** — wallet-to-wallet on Base without banks.
2. **CyberGuard payments with a launch discount** — shop, remote scans, and monthly invoices; **25% off when paying in TDIA** to accelerate adoption.
3. **Client activation rewards** — monthly clients earn small TDIA amounts for real setup steps and claim them to their own wallet.

TDIA settles on-chain. Users hold their own keys. Diamond Bright never custodies customer private keys.

When someone discovers TDIA, they should also understand **who stands behind it**. Section 1 answers that. Sections 12–16 cover roadmap, measurable milestones, reputation, Partner Network, and long-term vision.

---

## 1. Why customers trust Diamond Bright CyberGuard

*Who is behind TDIA?* This section is for partners, merchants, and clients who need credibility before they care about a token.

### 1.1 What is Diamond Bright CyberGuard?

**Diamond Bright CyberGuard™** is a cybersecurity product and service platform operated by **Diamond Bright LLC**. It is built for small and mid-sized organizations that need a **clear security grade**, **authorized assessments**, and **ongoing proof** — without buying a black-box enterprise SOC they cannot staff or understand.

The flagship idea is the **CyberGuard Business Trust Score™**: a living letter grade and index (not a one-time audit PDF that goes stale). Clients get plain-language priorities, portal reports, and — on monthly plans — a recurring **Proof of Protection** pack.

Website: **https://diamondguards.com/**

### 1.2 Who is it built for?

| Segment | Why CyberGuard fits |
|---------|---------------------|
| **Small businesses & professional offices** | Owner-operators who need a grade they can explain to partners and insurers |
| **Local firms in Diamond Bright’s service area** | Free on-site baseline assessment with written authorization |
| **Nationwide remote clients** | Authorized remote scans without installing agent software on every PC for one-time work |
| **Teams choosing monthly protection** | Portal + recurring assessments + remediation tasks + proof packs |
| **Buyers of security hardware** | Shop: backup drives, FIDO2 keys, privacy gear, seal stickers, kits |

CyberGuard is **honest about capacity**: it is not marketed as a 24/7 global SOC. It is permissioned protection, living scores, and portal evidence.

### 1.3 Products and services that already exist

| Area | What ships today |
|------|------------------|
| **Business Trust Score™** | Letter grade + living index clients can raise |
| **Free local baseline** | On-site assessment in the local service area (authorized only) |
| **Remote scans** | One-time remote assessments from **$17.80** (quick) and deeper remote options |
| **Monthly packages** | From roughly **$98/mo** (tiered plans) with portal, scans, and proof |
| **CyberGuard Sensor** | Optional hardware for recurring authorized monthly assessments (refundable deposit model) |
| **Client portal** | Reports, messages, billing, scan authorization, activation checklist, TDIA rewards |
| **Proof of Protection** | Monthly evidence pack: score, open work, priorities |
| **Marketplace / shop** | Security hardware, scans, phishing drills, stickers, kits — card or TDIA checkout |
| **Written authorization** | Scans require owner/manager permission — no surprise scanning |
| **Trans Diamond (TDIA)** | Pay (25% launch off), P2P, activation rewards, whitepaper |

### 1.4 What technology powers the platform?

| Layer | Role |
|-------|------|
| **CyberGuard application** | Flask-based production platform: client portal, billing, shop, scan products, messaging, authorization |
| **Assessment & reporting** | Authorized scan workflows, multi-tool assessment pipelines, branded PDF/portal reports |
| **Business Trust Score engine** | Score factors, letter grades, proof-of-protection packaging |
| **Remote nodes / sensors** | Optional hardware and remote-node lifecycle for continuous programs |
| **Billing** | Invoices, subscriptions, Stripe/Square card pay, TDIA on-chain pay with verification |
| **Base + ERC-20** | TDIA settlement, treasury receive, rewards hot-wallet claims |
| **Client isolation** | Portal sessions scoped to each client’s data |

### 1.5 What differentiates CyberGuard?

| Typical market | CyberGuard approach |
|----------------|---------------------|
| Black-box MSSP / SOC language | **Living grade** clients can raise and explain |
| One-time audit PDF | **Monthly proof** in a portal when on a program |
| Scan first, ask later | **Written authorization only** |
| Enterprise tooling for enterprises only | **SMB-first** packaging, free local baseline path, remote from low entry prices |
| Card-only commerce | **TDIA option** for discount, P2P, and rewards — open, non-custodial |
| “Trust us” branding | **Measurable score + seals + public verification path** |

Credibility for TDIA does not come from crypto narrative. It comes from **real services, real authorization discipline, and a product clients can use without a crypto degree.**

---

## 2. Mission of TDIA

Cybersecurity clients still depend on banks and cards for almost every payment and incentive. TDIA gives the CyberGuard ecosystem a **shared settlement asset** that:

- Moves for **cents of gas** on Base
- Works with any standard wallet
- Pays for real protection services
- Rewards clients for activating and improving posture
- Eventually powers education, marketplaces, bounties, and **partner network** settlement

**Durable demand thesis:** people should want TDIA because they **need it to participate in CyberGuard** — not because “maybe it goes up.”

---

## 3. What TDIA is — and is not

| TDIA **is** | TDIA **is not** |
|-------------|-----------------|
| Fixed-supply ERC-20 (1,000,000,000) | Equity or ownership of Diamond Bright |
| Payment, reward & (planned) reputation medium | Bank deposit or insured balance |
| Connective tissue of the CyberGuard **ecosystem** | The product itself |
| P2P transferable on Base | Guaranteed investment or yield |
| Burnable; cannot be minted again | Inflationary emission token |

Market price is open-market only. **No official price floor.** This document does not project appreciation.

---

## 4. Token specification

| Parameter | Value |
|-----------|--------|
| **Name / Symbol** | Trans Diamond / TDIA |
| **Decimals / Supply** | 18 / **1,000,000,000 fixed** |
| **Mint model** | Single mint at deploy — **no further minting** |
| **Burn** | Yes — optional, irreversible |
| **Network** | Base mainnet (8453) |
| **Contract** | `0x8282AC365Ee0159C5381f3267E8D8bC22020986E` |
| **Treasury** | `0xEbB29c40692E552d85dDe678BE1a235cDaDf498b` |
| **Rewards wallet** | `0xA444498c7eaB566b87815F90EC4f08b04b70E830` |

**Design:** fixed supply, no admin mint, standard transfers, burnable, residual Ownable (not mint). Complexity lives in the CyberGuard app layer.

---

## 5. Why Base

Low fees for micro-rewards and P2P, wallet/DEX support, Ethereum-aligned L2. Users need a little **ETH on Base** for gas.

---

## 6. Product utility — live today

### 6.1 Peer-to-peer

Import official contract → send TDIA → confirm on BaseScan. Wallet: **https://diamondguards.com/tdia/**

### 6.2 Pay CyberGuard — launch 25% discount

Shop, remote scans, monthly invoices: quote → 25% off → live price → treasury transfer → verify hash.

**The 25% launch discount is designed to accelerate adoption of TDIA as the preferred payment method within the CyberGuard ecosystem.**

It is an **adoption and velocity** tool — not a price-appreciation claim:

People acquire TDIA → spend on real services → velocity rises → TDIA becomes habitually useful.

### 6.3 Activation rewards (monthly clients)

| Action | Typical reward |
|--------|----------------|
| Pay first invoice | +250 TDIA |
| Sign agreement | +200 TDIA |
| Confirm MFA | +100 TDIA |
| Scan authorization | +250 TDIA |
| Verify domains | +150 TDIA |
| First assessment request | +200 TDIA |
| Node setup / Reports | +150 / +150 TDIA |
| Activation complete | +500 TDIA |
| Each monthly invoice paid | +100 TDIA |

## 7. Token distribution & treasury transparency

### 7.1 Fixed supply

1B minted once. **Minting more is impossible.** Supply can only fall if burned.

### 7.2 Genesis

Full supply minted to deployer/treasury at launch. Allocation below is **company policy targets** for that fixed pool.

### 7.3 Intended allocation

| Allocation | Share | Purpose |
|------------|------:|---------|
| Customer rewards & ecosystem incentives | **40%** | Activation, retention, education, bounties, referrals |
| Company treasury / operations | **25%** | Ops, capacity, reserves |
| Liquidity | **20%** | DEX pools on Base |
| Product & development | **10%** | Engineering, portal, marketplace |
| Strategic partnerships | **5%** | Merchants, partners, joint programs |

```
Customer rewards ████████████████████ 40%
Company treasury ████████████         25%
Liquidity        ██████████           20%
Development      █████                10%
Partnerships     ██                    5%
```

Rewards hot wallet is funded **from** the rewards allocation — not a second mint.

---

## 8. Economic model

No inflation schedule, no contract staking APR. Demand is product-linked: preferred pay rail, rewards recirculation, P2P/B2B, reputation & education (roadmap), Partner Network settlement, open DEX liquidity. Live DexScreener pricing at checkout. **No promised price direction.**

---

## 9. Architecture & security (summary)

**Layers:** token · DEX · CyberGuard backend · portal · user wallets.
**Security:** OpenZeppelin ERC-20; pay after on-chain verify; idempotent rewards; separate rewards wallet; users protect keys and use only the official contract on Base.

---

## 10. How to obtain TDIA

Base wallet → ETH for gas → P2P or DEX → pay / earn / transfer.

---

## 12. Measurable milestones (operational goals)

These are **yardsticks for progress**, not promises of delivery date or financial return. Partners can track whether the ecosystem is growing.

| # | Operational goal | What it measures |
|---|------------------|------------------|
| 1 | **First 100 businesses** using TDIA (pay, earn, or both) | Real client adoption |
| 2 | **First $100,000** in CyberGuard services purchased with TDIA | Payment utility, not hype volume |
| 3 | **First 10,000** on-chain TDIA transactions (transfers + payments + claims) | Network activity |
| 4 | **First marketplace partner** accepting TDIA under CyberGuard standards | External commerce |
| 5 | **First Academy certification** earnable (and claimable) with TDIA loops | Education layer live |
| 6 | **First public Diamond Security Rating** displayed by a client business | Reputation layer live |
| 7 | **First 10 Certified Diamond Partners** in the Partner Network | Trusted multi-vendor settlement |
| 8 | **First multi-seat employer** funding staff security training in TDIA | Workforce / Academy demand |

Progress against milestones will be shared through product channels as they are reached. Missing a date does not invalidate the fixed-supply token; it simply means the **ecosystem** is still growing.

---

## 13. Diamond Security Level — reputation tied to TDIA

| Level | Badge | Meaning (illustrative) |
|-------|-------|------------------------|
| Bronze | Verified onboarding | Portal active, authorization, first engagement |
| Silver | Hardened basics | MFA, agreement, assessment in progress |
| Gold | Strong program | Recurring protection, improved score, remediation |
| Diamond | Flagship posture | High Trust Score band, continuous proof pack |

Public display vision:

> **CyberGuard Verified**
> Diamond Security Rating · 96/100
> Powered by TDIA

TDIA becomes tied to **measurable cybersecurity reputation** — harder to copy than another ERC-20. Earn for steps that raise level; spend on services that raise it further.

---

## 14. CyberGuard Partner Network — bigger than “accept TDIA”

Accepting TDIA is table stakes. The strategic design is a **network of trusted cybersecurity businesses** that settle with TDIA under shared standards.

### 14.1 Who can join

| Partner type | Role in the network |
|--------------|---------------------|
| **MSPs** (Managed Service Providers) | Ongoing IT + security for clients |
| **Penetration testing firms** | Offensive assessments, retests |
| **Web developers & agencies** | Secure builds, remediation implementation |
| **Hosting providers** | Hardened hosting, incident coordination |
| **IT consultants** | Advisory, vCISO-style guidance |
| **Cybersecurity educators** | Training aligned with Academy tracks |

### 14.2 Certified Diamond Partners

Partners who:

1. Meet CyberGuard quality / ethics / authorization standards
2. Accept TDIA for eligible services
3. Maintain transparency with shared clients

…may earn **Certified Diamond Partner** status — a badge clients can trust, not just “crypto merchant.”

### 14.3 What this unlocks

```
Client (CyberGuard scored)
        ↕  TDIA settlement
Certified Diamond Partner (MSP / pen-test / host / educator)
        ↕
Shared reputation + optional referral / bounty / training loops
```

**TDIA becomes the settlement layer for a network of trusted cybersecurity businesses** — not only Diamond Bright’s own checkout.

That is how a company token becomes **ecosystem infrastructure**.

---

## 15. TDIA as connective tissue (not the prize)

After building product + token + rewards, the honest ranking is:

| Rank | Asset |
|------|--------|
| 1 | **Customers** and their security outcomes |
| 2 | **Services** (assessments, monthly protection, hardware, education) |
| 3 | **Trust scores, proof packs, reputation levels** |
| 4 | **Partner businesses** in the Diamond Partner Network |
| 5 | **TDIA** — the mechanism that connects 1–4 |

TDIA is valuable **because the ecosystem is valuable**. If focus ever shifts to token market price over participation, the long-term proposition weakens.

**Build rule:** people use TDIA because it **unlocks participation** in a growing cybersecurity network.

---

## 16. Long-term vision

Diamond Bright is building a **cybersecurity company and network**, not a coin for its own sake.

- TDIA = currency of the ecosystem
- Acquire because you **use** CyberGuard and partners — pay, earn, learn, prove, settle
- Fixed supply protects credibility
- Utility expands (roadmap + milestones); token rules stay simple

**Partners should evaluate TDIA on ecosystem growth and utility milestones — not price forecasts.**

---

## 17. Governance

Discount, rewards, allocation targets, levels, Partner Network standards, and Academy rules are **company product policy**, not on-chain DAO votes. Material changes will be communicated via CyberGuard channels.

---

## 18. Risks and disclosures

**Read carefully.** Market risk; utility/policy risk; roadmap and milestone risk (goals ≠ guarantees); smart-contract/chain risk; operational risk; regulatory risk; partner/network risk; scam risk (clone tokens).

**This whitepaper is not investment advice, not an offer of securities, and not a prospectus.**
TDIA is a utility token for payments, incentives, reputation, and ecosystem participation within Diamond Bright CyberGuard and — over time — Certified Diamond Partners.

---

## 19. Summary

| Pillar | Reality |
|--------|---------|
| **Company** | Diamond Bright CyberGuard — living Trust Score, authorized assessments, portal proof, shop, monthly plans |
| **Token** | Fixed 1B TDIA on Base — cannot mint more |
| **Today** | P2P · pay with 25% launch off · activation rewards |
| **Growth** | Roadmap + **measurable milestones** + Partner Network |
| **Reputation** | Diamond Security Levels tied to real posture |
| **Truth** | Ecosystem is the asset; TDIA is the connective tissue |

Non-custodial. Not equity. Not a promise of profit. **Participation in a protection network.**
